Message	VTD is not a % of anything. It's a number that's been tuned through trial and error to allow posts that need to be deleted to be deleted and the typical 1 person/small group grudges to be noted by admin/mods and go about our business. As we mentioned, these numbers change from time to time. 15 isn't necessarily the number depending on the forum and the circumstance. Under normal conditions, Classifieds doesn't require a number that high to make it work properly. All that being said.. you have an interesting approach & we'll look into it.
